I always take my full camera bag with me wherever I go. Weighing in at 12 lbs. it’s a lot to lug around, but that allows me to capture sensational fine art photography I might otherwise miss. This dramatic sunset on Mount Baker photography wall art print is a good example of that.
 
We had spent the day on our friend’s boat wakeboarding and pulling the kids in the tube. It had been a beautiful summer day without a cloud in the sky all day. We were having a great time and I wasn’t thinking about mountain photography at all. But just as the sun was getting low in the sky this huge bank of clouds that stretched all the way across the sky rapidly came in from the east. By the time it was directly over sizeable Mount Baker, the sun was below the horizon and its intense orange light lit this cloud bank from below creating the amazing details in the clouds and the stunning textures that dance across the water’s surface in this fine art mountain photograph. I dried off and pulled out my camera bag just in time to capture this sizzling, oversized Mount Baker photography artwork.
