Golden Larches Dance on Blue Lake

There was snow on the ground of the parking lot when I started this hike, but the day warmed up considerably by the time I had my camera set up at the edge of Blue Lake to create this alpine lake photography wall art piece. The water was calm and glassy, and I waited until this set of clouds drifted to the center of the frame before pressing the shutter and capturing this magical North Cascades fine art landscape photography print.
