Built to Last. Inspected to Perform.

Every metal print is produced in collaboration with our professional photo lab in Vancouver, Washington.

Before a piece leaves the lab, it undergoes a detailed quality inspection.

• Color accuracy and tonal depth are reviewed against calibrated master files
• Surface finish is examined under direct and angled light
• Mounting systems are secured and tested
• Edges and corners are checked for integrity
• Overall presentation is reviewed for museum-level standards

Only after passing inspection is the piece prepared for shipment.

Professional Packaging for Secure Transit

Large-format artwork requires more than a cardboard box.

Depending on size and scale, your piece will be packaged in a wooden shipping frame, sandwiched between two pieces of cardboard, and then padded inside a reinforced shipping carton or custom-built crate designed to protect corners, surface, and structure during transit.

Multi-panel installations are individually packaged within the crate to prevent shifting.

Collectors frequently comment on how carefully their artwork is packed and how simple the unboxing process feels. That is intentional.

Domestic Shipping

For orders within the contiguous United States, shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Production time is typically 2 to 3 weeks. Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on scale and destination.

Your artwork arrives ready to hang, using either professional picture wire or French cleat systems depending on size.

Pickup Options

If you prefer to avoid shipping charges, you may select pickup directly from our Vancouver, Washington photo lab during checkout.

Safe Delivery Guarantee

In the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged, we will replace it.

Please email clear photographs of both the packaging and the artwork within two weeks of delivery to:

Packaging photos must show: the entire box, the damaged area, and a close up of the shipping label. Once damage is confirmed, a replacement will be issued promptly.

Color Accuracy & Lighting Expectations

Each image is carefully prepared for metal printing to achieve exceptional depth, clarity, and realism.

Metal prints often appear richer and more dimensional in person than on a screen. Computer monitors and mobile devices vary widely in brightness and color calibration.

For larger installations, we are also happy to advise on lighting placement to minimize reflections and ensure the artwork performs beautifully in your environment.
